Música sobre a fermentação (2)

Mais uma música de Natal (Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer) que se transformou numa música sobre a bioquímica, desta vez sobre a fermentação. Obrigado Dr. Ahern

The Alcohol Song

Cells go through fermentation
When they’re out of NAD
Substrate phosphorylation’s
How they make their ATP

Cells are efficient makers ( . . .of)
Energy on which to live
With no electron takers
They need an alternative

Oh glycolysis would stop
Without NAD
Isn’t fermentation great?
For reducing pyruvate!

And if you might be thinking
“Man this isn’t cool at all”
Ask yourself when you’re drinking
“Where do we get alcohol?”
